The Temporary Internet Files folder is not caching files. When I open the TIF folder only cookies are there.

I've reset all the defaults, turned security settings to medium, turned off the firewall, etc.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Click start then run, type sfc /scannow then press enter to replace the system files, you need the XP CD and get a blue bar, reboot when the bar goes
