Hi there.
I have read all the relevant postings, but I am definitely not that computer savy as I needed to be. :tazz: WE have had ads234 on here for quite some time, an d I just ignored it. However, now it says can not find server when connecting to ads234, so sometimes it will not go past that and get to the page i need. I need help!!! I have adaware, but i do not think it detected it, and I do not know enough to trust myself removing anything in the systems files. If someone could walk me through this, I would really really appreciate it. I also have programs listed called casprog and progate basic which i think need to be removed by under add/remove programs there is no way to remove it. I do not know what hijack this is either, so if i need to use it I will need walked through it. If you are able to email me to help and if that is allowed i would even appreciate it.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide. Also see this post.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
