Keyboard Error

When I try to boot up PC, I get a keyboard error message. Then it tells me to press F1 to boot.
How do I fix this problems? Thanks

If you are using a USB keyboard you may need to enable USB keyboard support in the BIOS.

If not check it is not plugged in to the mouse port.

Could be a dead keyboard. Try a different keyboard if you have one.

if your using a compaq or other facist computer systems. It may be that your not using their branded keyboard. Iv seen loads of these in my time...yet if you press F1 its all good.
