Looks like we are missing a part of the Panda report (it breaks of in the middle of a line). See if you can repost it.

Go to Start->Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the service called:

.NET Framework Service

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows. If you don´t find this service listed go ahead with the next steps.

***

Open HijackThis
click on "None of the above, just start the program".
click on the "Config" button (bottom right),
click on "Misc Tools"
click on "Delete an NT Service" (a window will pop up)
Enter the below item into that field (make sure there are NO spaces before or after the name):

.NET Connection Service

Click OK.

It should pull up information about the service, then ask if you want to reboot. Click YES.

***

Reboot the computer and post me a fresh HijackThis log please.

Thank and a very special appreciation for how precise your instructions are ......

I did not find any .NET Framework Service when I ran Services misc......So I proceeded with Hijack this and I am getting a warning that says:

The service '.Net Connection Service' is enabled/running. Disable it first using HijackThis itself (from the scan results) or Services.msc.window.

I know I should be able to figure this out what this means or how to proceed myself but I am afraid to even try. I really have never seen any of the things you have shown me before. So please forgive me :tazz: :)

Again, Thank you so much for you patience and for sticking with me :) :)

Thanks for the compliment. You don't have to appologize; private affairs ALWAYS come first. I can wait, I'll be around.

I hope everything is better now.

We will create a new System Restore Point when we are done. We will also remove the tools used in this topic. I will leave the other things found, no need to remove that.

Is the computer running ok now?

I waited to actually use it normally before posting back.

I have not got a single AD yippeeeeeeeee :)

but

It seems unusally slow on start up and in loading pages. I seem to recall it being lighting fast once upon a time.

Only the Tenebril error page still comes up saying the product has encountered an error on opening.

However, compared to what It was before you helped it me its fabulous :tazz:

I cant thank ya enough for all ur help and patience with me :)

Ok let's clean up a bit more then.

I couldn't find SpyCatcher in our steps to take before posting. You could uninstall it. I do prefer AdAware SE 1.06 and Spybot S&D 1.4.

***

Download this removal tool to your desktop.

Doubleclick the file and let it run.

***

Open Cleanup! by double-clicking the icon on your desktop (or from the Start > All Programs menu). Set the program up as follows:
*Click "Options"
*Move the arrow down to "Custom CleanUp!"
*Put a check next to the following:
  • Empty Recycle Bins
  • Delete Cookies
  • Delete Prefetch files
  • Scan local drives for temporary files
  • Cleanup! All Users
Click OK
Press the CleanUp! button to start the program.

Once it's done, press Close. Reboot the system. This will remove files that were in use during the scan.

***

Let's create a new restore point.

To reset your restore points, please note that you will need to log into your computer with an account which has full administrator access. You will know if the account has administrator access because you will be able to see the System Restore tab. If the tab is missing, you are logged in under a limited account.

1. Turn off System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

2. Reboot.

3. Turn ON System Restore.
On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
UN-Check *Turn off System Restore*.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

***

You may want to defragment your disk.

EDIT:
As there has been no reply from the original poster for more than two weeks this topic is now closed.

If you are the original poster and still need assistance, please send me a PM.
