:tazz: Some of my viruses don't look as bad as some of the others I've read about but mine have really penetrated my system. I can't access windows update.com , I can't start in safe mode.
I have an emachine T1842 1.80 G's. XP.
I've downloaded Adaware ( and paid for the upgrade ) , Highjack This , Killbox, Spybot Search and Destroy , Spyware Blaster etc.
I can't delete these files listed below. I'm aware of the dangers that can happen if I make a mistake trying to delete files in my registry since I'm not a certified tech. But I'm willing to try!! Can anyone offer some simple steps ?? Please !
I just registered and this site seems great!

Hello :tazz:

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
