Step 1:
We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Try downloading this free scanner I got. It's out-dated but it might solve your problems once and for all. I've downloaded it before, and when I first scanned my computer, it said I had about 80 spyware programs running. Some were processes, some were registry keys, and others were files on my computer, and others were cookies. Without it, my computer wouldn't be here. But there's a catch, since the scanner is free, you have to remove everything manually. But if you wan't to download it, here's the direct link: http://www3.enigmaso.../spyhunterS.exe. There is no "One Program" that will fix all. You need a combination of a few. The first thing you need is Sp1a for Windows or you can have all the programs you want and the infections will just come back.
