Here is the problem....my task manager and my regisrty edit will not open. Nor am I able to restore my computer AT ALL. I'm putting a copy of my last hijackthis log on here, and if from that you think you can fix my problem I would appreciate it. If not, could you please tell me how I can restore my computer to the way it was when I bought it using some sort of backdoor or something, because I cannot do it the normal way. Thank you for your help.

You have tried the Emachines recovery disk that came with the PC? If you have a newer emachine and a DVD drive, then the recovery disk needs to be run from the DVD rom. Please give details on the methods you have tried.
