Please reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files in bold (if found):
C:\WINDOWS\EliteToolBar <- this folder
C:\windows\system32\kalvlje32.exe
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\microsoft\internet explorer\V0.26.dat

Reboot your PC.

Thanks I am up and running. Happy Holidays. I decided to format my hdd and start all over. I installed SP2.
