are you connected to the network when you run the install? hopefully you go this from http://www.vcpoker.com/download/ and not somewhere else.

personally the only poker games I play are from hoyle or I go to the casino. I don't trust most of those people out there. Course I only play for entertainment.

are you getting any pop ups or having any other kind of issues? I almost think you may have some spyware on your system.

I dont know much about computers. Im connceted to the internet when i try to install it. is that the same as the network? No i dont get any pop ups but i have some other problems, like cant get into hotmail account and other similar sites. when i run spybot s&d and ewido (i followed the forum on how to get rid of spyware) and search for updates it says connection refused. Also microsoft update wont work so i cant download the service packs. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks

You may be missing a service or protocol which connects to their particular server. Since you're doing an install I suspect it would be related to certification and your security certificates may not be up to date.
