Hi there reezi :)

I am UKBiker and I will be helping you with this log :tazz:

Please follow the instructions below

Download Blockrem from HERE
  • Unzip it to its own folder on your desktop.
  • Boot your computer to safe mode by rebooting and tapping the F8 button repeatedly until it brings up a boot menu.
From that menu, select Safe Mode by using the arrow keys to highlight it then pressing enter.
  • Once in safe mode open the Blockrem folder on your desktop and double-click blockrem.bat (this is the file with the gear icon) to run it.
  • Once it is running please follow the onscreen instructions.
  • Reboot and post a New HijackThis log.
Good Luck :)

Hiya

thats why the tool we just ran stumbled a bit, looking for a file you had already deleted. Blockchecker is a complete pain and that tool is the ONLY good way to get rid of it.

The good news is that it has gone now. :tazz:

Hi there

ok then, Blockchecker is an add on to your IM buddy lists that is supposed to let you see who is blocking you from their list, unfortunately, it also spms itself out to anyone you have an im with and gives you loads of popups. It is not something that you should consider downloading and reinstalling again.

Well your log looks clean to me, but please run this online scan for me as a check

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
    Scan Archives
    Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
    • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post.
This scan can be slow but it is very thorough. :tazz:
