So my Norton AV picked up something called "wovax.exe", and it couldn't remove it.

I've run adaware se & spybot S&D which didn't find it, so I went online and did some reading, and decided to run HJThis through it, but it didn't find it either, here is the log

But I can see the wovax.exe file sitting right there in my c:/windows folder, and it won't let me delete it, it just taunts me from afar. Does my log show anything funny? And how can I get rid of wovax?

You should definitely try disabling system restore:

Turn off System Restore.
Go to Control Panel, System.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Reboot into safe mode (continually tap the F8 key while your system is starting, select Safe Mode from the menu).

Run Norton again, and it should be able to remove the bad stuff now. If successful or unsuccessful, turn system restore back on by going back to the system restore tab and unchecking the box. If you couldn't remove it let us know and we will work on getting to the bottom of this problem.

Ok,
Even before I got your response, I had turned off System Restore, then run a full Norton Scan in Normal Mode, and it quarantined the wovax.exe file, do you think that will do it?

I would still try it in Safe Mode with System Restore off. The goal is to remove the file, but quarantine is better than none.
