Winantispyware 2005 won't go away

I am looking for help to remove this Winantispyware 2005 that redirects my browser, followed by 4 additional redirects!! I found this website, which seems to have a good reputation, and would REALLY appreciate any help you could lend, in getting rid of this. I followed all the procedures requested by "Geeks to Go" before I did a HiJackThis log. This included running Ewido Suite. Ewido keeps alerting me to a file call iiijk.dll that is an infection named Spyware.Virtumonde.
I assume these problems are related.

Iam, by no means and expert, but have some knowledge computers. But knowing just enough t be dangerous, is just that....... enough to be dangerous.......I'm affraid of trying to delete things I shouldn't be, and not deleting thigs I should, only to cause more problems......

I saved my HIJACKTHIS LOG after following the procedures on this web site, and will attach it to this post.

Can anyone help me, please..........
