Hey guys,
well i work in the airport, an i have the following problem:
My boarding pass printer (IER 567) keeps losing it's driver (that it downloads from a host not in airport)and the only way to download it again is to put the boarding pass printer offline then online again.
So i was wondering is there any way to do that using a batch job that send a command to the printer telling it that it's offline then online again?is it feasable?
Any other ideas?i thought that i might tap the com port to get a copy of the driver and then put it locally but couldn't figure out how!!!!
appreciate the help :tazz:

it is a serial printer, and i am using NT on the workstations and server is 2000.
And the reason it's losing it's driver is because it is downloading it from a different location(in other country)
