I went through all the steps you had listed in the pinned topic up top. but I still seem to have a lot of spyware, and my processor is running at like 50-% all the time...I don't know what else to do....please help...

Make sure the following are checked:

Recycle Bin
Click OK and Disk Cleanup will delete those files for you.
