Windows XP Wont Install

I building a new computer for someone but when I install windows xp home its always freezes on 39 minutes remaining. Iv tried everything. This is probaly the 5th time iv gotten it to freeze. Iv done everything, formated the drive a couple times, replaced the motherboard, used a diffrent windows cd, lowformatted the drive, ect. I have already delayed this build for the person by 2 weeks now im about to refund his money i guess. Any help would really be nice. THank you very much.

KN1 Extreme Motherboard
AMD 64 3500
1 Gig Ram
All in Wonder X600
Samsung SATA Harddrive 250 gigs
1 Dvd/CD burner
Floppy Drive

See if it will load files beyond the point where the XP CD gives up

I note you have already used more than one XP CD but it is worth a go
