Hi

My email had the Bagle virus---Adaware said I had no viruses, but Nod32 picked it up but could not clean it---and I got rid of it by just deleting stuff like AIM and other things. But when I opened my Outlook Express it came back. So I deleted again.

Now NOD32 doesn't pick up any viruses, but I think something is wrong. And of course I can't open my Outlook Express without it starting again.

Also, in the Registry, I found about 20 ID numbers and our emails only have 4. I don't know if that was spyware? but I deleted the others.

Lately when I start my computer and then I click on the icon to go online, the computer blacks out and then has a request to press any key. But then I still can't go online. I have to reboot a couple of times.

Is there a way to know for sure that you don't have any viruses, trojans, etc. and is there a way to prevent them?

You need to go to this section of the forum

http://www.geekstogo...hp?showforum=37

Also download HiJackThis from www.merijn.org as you will be asked for a HiJackThis log file.

Make sure you read the info at the top of that forum.
