Good Luck wont help you. I have an all in one Lexmark PICE OF $4iT in the closet wont work. If you can get the install to work XP will warn you it is uncompattible, but give you the option to continue anyway. Lexmark says continue anyway it is compatiable. LEXMARK LIED! It works irratically with errors all the time. Microsoft has an article for this problem, don't remember the article #. I e-mailed Lexmark, they e-mailed some files back to me to make it work. YEA right. the new files would make it print but the rest (scan,copy,fax) no longeer worked period. Great I could have bought a simple printer for $29.95. Rest of story I paid for an all in one and got a simple printer that had to continously work on all the time and had it just long enough that geting a refund or a replacement didn't happen. Then I was told by Lexmark it was not compatiable with SP2 to remove it and it would fix my problem. YEA RIGHT like I'll down grade a good computer for a cheap printerwhich is basically what i got.
