Since I installed comcast high speed internet, my CPU runs at 100% and my computer is as slow as snails. When I get into my task manager and turn off the following task, it clears within a minute and the computer runs fine.

msksrvr.ext

That file is a McAfee file and I would love to find out how to stop it from starting up when I start my machine.

It manages the spamkiller so you could try re-installing McAfee
