When I run my version of hijack this I keep getting two items that say 015-Trusted Zone with one being crazying winnings and the other topconverting. When I try to delete these two in hijack this when I run it again they are always there. I downloaded the SpySubtract program which found a large amount of things but did not remove these two items. Does anyone know how to get rid of these two. Thanks for the help.

Hi, edith:

I've got a simple tactic probably worth trying:

- Open an Internet window
- Click on Tools, then Internet Options...
- Then click the Security tab at the top of the new window
- Click the "Trusted Sites" icon (should be a green circle with a checkmark)
- Then click the button called Sites... (just below the icons)

You should see a list of websites, including "crazying winnings" and "topconverting."

- Highlight one of the unwanted websites and click Remove
- Repeat with the rest that you don't want
- And then click OK

Go ahead and run HijackThis. Hopefully they'll be gone!

lowtide89 that is the usual procedure for removing these trusted zone entries, but it won't work with this malware infection.

Sorry this is beyond my ability. I checked the files in my Trusted Zone and there is nothing in there. I downloaded your file but I do not have a clue what to do with it.

Sorry I should have paid more attention. I went back and tried one more time to use your file. It removed the crazywinnings and the topconverting from showing up when I use the HiJack this program. Thank you very much for your help.

Please help. Since I downloaded this file I cannot get into my Amazon account and when I tried to bid on something on Ebay they stated that "If you are seeing this page your browser settings prevent you from automatically redirecting to a new URL. I checked the security setting and they are all on the default level and they always worked before. Please help. Thank you.
