Just noticed my computer screen trembling(shaking in a shrinking and stretching pattern) movement about 1/4 inch. Last time I recall this happening it resulted in an Invalid Page Fault which eventually crippled my Explorer, causing me to have to re-install. Any advice on this, or is this me getting paranoid. Could this be due also to minimal ram resources(memory)
I just haven't noticed it before today.

Sounds more like a hardware fault (monitor or graphics chip) than anything to do with Windows or low resources. See if you can borrow and hook up a different monitor to duplicate the problem. If problem goes away, it's the monitor.
