I don't see anything suspicious here.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0_04\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MSMSGS] "C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs.exe" /background

Restart and see if there is any improvement. If not, try uninstalling Ewido and see if it helps.

Do you still need help here? How much memory/RAM do you have right now on this computer? When did this slowdown started to occur? Did you install any new hardware/software lately?

If you want, ask this question in the Windows Forum instead since it might not be related to spyware. Just post back once letting me know about it so I can close your topic here.

Before you go, I assume you ran Ewido already? Found anything?
