Lets start with this. First uninstall FlashGet from the Add/Remove programs in Control Panel. Next:

Please save Hijack This in a permanent folder (i.e. C:\HJT). This ensures backups are saved and accessible.
Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Well you look pretty clean except for this:

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {E0E899AB-F487-11D5-8D29-0050BA6940E3} - (no file)
O23 - Service: Crypkey License - Unknown - crypserv.exe (file missing)

Remove those with Hijack This. Next, run a search for "ie.inf" when windows finds this file right click on it and click install. This will reinstall Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. These apps may have been messed up, hence the reason your browser constantly crashes. Next place your windows xp setup disk in the drive and click "Start"
, "run" and type sfc /scannow make sure to place a space between sfc and /scannow. Click ok and let windows fix the files. This is the "System File Checker". Windows will compare system files to the ones on the disk and replace corrupted or missing files. Reboot normally and post a new hijack log. How are things running now?
