Hello, when I try and open certain programs on my computer shell.dll pops up and won't let me go on. I don't know how to fix it. And I really need the program for school. So if you could help me that'd be so awesome! Thanks..

Okay, I downloaded it and extracted it now what do i do? Do i put it someplace??? I tried to open the program again, and it still said the shell.dll was missing. Then Cannot find file C:\PSDWIN\PSDWIN.EXE (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and file name are corect and that all requred libraries are available.

Copy it and put a copy in the Windows System folder and a copy in the Windows System 32 folder. (C:Windows/System and C:Windows/System32 )
