Dr. Watson Postmortem Virus? [CLOSED]

Hi guys,

This is the problem. Everytime I turn on my computer, and upon start-up, I get a "Dr Watson Postmortem" error along with an "Microsoft Explorer" error. I tried to just send in an error report, but it does nothing, and just stays there. I thought it would just go away by shutting down, but it never did go away :). During this, I cannot click any icons/Start/anything, but I can get to the Task Manager(Crt+Alt+Del). The same errors just keep popping up, and won't go away unless I use Task Manager. I tried to do "End Process" Dr. Watson and Explorer and found that I can only run programs off of Task Manager and it would stop the error pop ups. It is really frustrating to do this just to run my programs. Right now, I can only run in safe mode just so I can access Internet Explorer to post my problem :). At first I thought it was something I can brush off, but now after some research, I am sure it is a very serious virus. Here is my Hijackthis log:

Welcome to GTG.

Please print out or copy this page to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes. You should 'not' have any open browsers when you are following the procedures below.

Download CWShredder at http://www.greyknigh.../CWShredder.exe and run it. Click on 'I Agree' button if you agree. Click on 'Fix' (it will automatically fix anything it finds for you) and then click OK. If it asks if you want to delete a certain random file, choose No and post that filename here. Let it finish the scan and then hit Next and Exit.

Make sure to close any open browsers. Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following and hit 'Fix checked' (after checking them) if they still exist (make sure not to miss any):
