Hi there.

I followed your tools in the order that you suggested and everything is coming up clean now: adaware, spybot, trend, avg. I am OK when my browser is open now, the pop ups for the win stuff does not appear anymore. Now my problem is that I can't flip between screens. The screen on the top is OK, but if I flip over to another screen, doesn't matter if it is web, outlook, excel, etc., it is nothign but a white screen. When I flip back to the one that was working, it is nothing but a white screen. This forces me to close everything down and start everything again. This is challenging when I am working on one thing and need to switch back and forth between programs and the net.

Any suggestions? I very much appreciate the help.
