I've been having a lot of problems with my connection(can't download, can't update any program, can't surf the web yet still connected) so I came across this and want to know how to fix it........Alright... I just did a spybot s and d scan and I got some weird entries..... It says that someone has modified or disabled the following....

windows security center.antivirusdisablenotify
windows security center.antivirusoverride
windows security center.firewalldisablenotfiy
windows security center.firewalloverride
windows security center.sp2update
windows security center.updatedisablenotify

SO I guess all these features have been disabled and I guess I need to enable them again..... How do I do this

Alright.......... I can't download anything... I'll surf the net fine then 30 minutes later my connection goes to [bleep].... It's still connected but aim is unable to do anything, Internet explorer gives me unable to find server messages and now when I click on an exe or zip file(within that 30 minute window where evrything is cool)... I can't download it...It's like a dead link... Anyone know what this might be?

Here's the hijackthis file
