okay, either im getting hijacked or the 2 mouses i tried are going crazy

im on the internet and after about 15 minutes my mouse goes all over the place opening up random programs,

if im not on the internet it doesnt do this.

i installed spybot S&D tried that, didnt work
i installed AVG, then that didnt work either
so i installed hijack this to get rid of some bhos and such, that didnt work

any help with how to not get hijacked? possibly a free firewall? im not entirely sure what to do

Hi germany dweller...

Bet you're using Internet Explorer...

In the IE toolbar, Click Tools and then Internet Options...under the Advanced tab, scroll down and remove the check from "Enable Smooth Scrolling"...Apply the change and exit.

Little better now?
