r at the end of a process (Virus, Adware)

Theres this file thats running on my computer that i cant delete, when i try it will just come back with a different name, it must be some sort off virus or spyware.In the hijack log it has an r at the end off this process thats not at the end off the log it saves or on the same process in task manager whats that meen?
Ex.O4-HKLM\..\Run:[iowhrhc]C:\WINDOWS\system32\ukvxgr.exe r <-(Hijack)
Ex.ukvxgr.exe <--(TaskManagerProcess)

An O4 with a random name and a single "r" at the end is typically a sign of the Eplovy trojan.

Most likely, you also have an F2 with a file called "Nail.exe".
