i really have 2 prblms... one is an ad popup thing i'm trying to resolve :winantispyware popups. but i've read through some forums and think i may no how to fix it.

but the main prlbm is booting in safe mode. everytime i boot in safe mode after it loads i cant do anything or see anything on my desktop. about the only thing i can do is hit CTRL-ALT-DEL. it may be some simple solution hopefully but i couldnt find any similar prblms in the forums. can someone please guide me in the right direction?

When you get to the desktop, do the following:

1. Type Ctrl + Alt + Del.
2. Go to "File" at the top bar and select "new task"
3. Type explorer.exe
