Firefox: Being redirected to other sites

This has only happened recently but almost everytime I visit a site, I get redirected elsewhere. For instance if I goto espn.com or something, it redirects me to a online betting page or whatnot and I have to hit "back". Also been redirected to some MSN search as well and others. Happens very frequently and I have no idea what's causing it. I use adaware, spybot s&d constantly and if it helps, here's a Hijack this log:

I also just got hit by WinFixer so maybe that has something to do with the problem...
I've been reading multiple posts and have been trying to follow the instructions with no luck.
