Can't get virus out

My pc is infected, so says my AVG virus scanner, but he can't remove it :)
It's Trojaans paard Clicker.AG that he can't get rid of..

I also can't change my startpage, it's always http://searchcentral...hp?v=4&aff=4463 now :tazz:

Btw: the trojan is located in my temporary internet files but when I look there, I don't find it..
