Windows Update not working

My Windows update is not working, it shows a bunch of updates but hangs when they start installing or when the "Installing Updates" window comes up. I ran Webroot spysweep, Ad-Aware and the VX2 plugin for Ad-Aware which resulted in a clean scan so I run HJT :
