Is it spyware and then how do I remove it?
It's not dangerous at all, but still, I rather be without it. :tazz:

Those are not malware.

nwiz.exe - http://castlecops.com/s2564-nwiz.html

Associated with the newer versions of nVidia graphics cards drivers.  Allows you to immensely improve desktop layouts by setting preferences and optimizations.  However, this isn't necessary for the operation of your system

NVMCTRAY - http://castlecops.co...8-NVMCTRAY.html

System Tray icon used to manage settings for nVidia based graphics cards. May be required for some 3D applications to recognize your card correctly - such as the game "Everquest". Otherwise, settings can be changed manually via Display Properties

Neither is required to run at startup so you can stop them from running by fixing these lines with hijackthis.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [nwiz] nwiz.exe /install
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvMediaCenter] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvMcTray.dll,NvTaskbarInit

And while you're at it you can fix these as well.

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NeroFilterCheck] C:\WINDOWS\system32\NeroCheck.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QuickTime Task] "C:\Program\QuickTime\qttask.exe" -atboottime
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] C:\Program\Java\jre1.5.0_04\bin\jusched.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NvCplDaemon] RUNDLL32.EXE C:\WINDOWS\System32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\Program\MSN Messenger\msnmsgr.exe" /background

I hope that helps you out! :tazz:
