I get this error everytime I try to do something that has to get to the internet:

winhost32.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program.

When I do click OK, whatever I try to connect to the internet with doesn't connect to the internet. Can someone please help me with this?

This spyware requires some specialized removal tools. Download lspfix from this location:
http://www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm

Run it and click the I know what i am doing button.

Move any instances of inetadpt.dll to the remove panel and click Finish.
