Hi,

I purchased a trust 1200 v2 wireless scroll tablet about 3 months ago and it all worked fine.

Today the pen worked with controlling the pc, but in macromedia fireworks i got the pencil tool and it wont draw no matter how hard you push the pen down?

I replaced the pen betries and yet it can comtrol the pc but cant draw in paint and programmes like that?

The mouse works fine.

Can anyone help???

Try using add / remove to uninstall the software, reboot the PC, run disc clean up then re-install the software for the tablet

You could also look for updated drivers from the Trust site

At 3 months old is must be under warranty

Ok, ive dont that and it all works fine, but everything works appart from the pen.

The pen is just a bit dogey.

Will any graphics tablet pen work with mine?

And also my nib on the pen is worn down, do you know any place online where i can just buy a pen for it?

I would tell Trust about is as it is only 3 months old

If it is wired to the tablet then it should work, if it is wireless, then it isn't connecting as it should

The Trust site would be the best place to look for a new pen

ok,

the pen is wireless but requers batteries.

I have put new ones in but still no luck.

You can look on the Trust site for updated drivers and software but if that does not improve it, contact Trust and tell them it does not work
