I have an external wireless card (Netgear MA111 v1 Wireless Adapter). I have to unplug it and replug it to get my computer to recognize it.

If I have it in, turn on my PC, check my device manager, it's not there. When it's plugged in, there are no yellow / red icons to indicate anything wrong.
