I have used hijack this numerous times, and have not noticed this entry until tonight. I've been having problems with popups recently and was wondering if this was the cause. here's the hijack this log

any help would be greatly appreciated!

incidentally, I have tried removing it with hijack this both in normal and safe modes to no avail.. of course I have also run several virus scanners, spyware removers, etc..
