removed drwstn error message

hey guys. i come once again seeking ur advice. u guys helped me alot with my previos problem and i hope u can do so again. i recently started having problems with drwtsn. it kept sayin it found an error and my comp would freeze. i read a couple of the other forums and i found one that helped me edit the reg files. i went ahead and deleted the files indicated and made a backup of the files just in case.
anyways. my problem is anytime start up a program from the desktop i get an error message. i don't know how to copy a screenshot but i'll write it down word for word.

i did the best i could but that's about it. After pressing ok everything dissapears from the screen and then it comes back but im missing a bunch of taskbar buttons i really need. if i start them up from the start menu or the desktop folder though i can run them fine. i also ran cleaner, ran an ewido scan and ran hjt in safe mode since its the only way i could run any programs. here r both logs if u need them.

hey me again. my pc appeers to do this at odd times. now it's doing it fo r a ocouple of hours and then it doesn't do it anymire. :tazz: id appreciate ur help
