i want a cd emulator. but i don't know a good one.
can somebody tell me where to get a good emulator.
preferrably i'd like it to be free

Ok, you want free Cd emulator here's one "Free virtual CD ROM for Windows XP 2.1" but still if you want a good emulator, its best you pay, there is "Alchol 120%" which is great!!! And theres another one "Virtual Cd 4" which is as well great, you can even compress your virtual drives. Hope this helps

Alcohol or the best free one is daemon tools.

I don't think daemon tools rips the cd image. It only mounts images on virtual drives. If you're looking for a ripper, I would suggest cdclone or Alcohol 120%.

I use virtual clone drive from elbysoft.com. they were the original makers of clone cd.

I use CDRwin to rip the BIN\CUE and daemon tools to mount it. You can have four virtual drives at a time with Daemon.
