I have managed to download cleaner but can only get it half done before the computer shuts down.
I am still unable to scan system with house call as it wont let me.
It has taken all day just to post this message

Managed to get the Cleaner to do a full scan and nothing found.
Still no luck with the Housecall

Reboot into safe mode and delete:

Then boot normally and try housecall again.
