using xp someone told me to download bittorent so i didnt know what it was so i did after i wanted to uninstall it and i think i did ,but it said to download at that time a mirror so i didnt know what i was doing and downloaded some one that was from australia ,well i dont think i have deleted the mirror and dont even know what a mirror is if i can remove it or what is it dangerous ,it was a while ago ,and i had to go into a certain area of my computer to add something but i cant remember where it was ,i want to get rid of this mirror ,can i do that ?is it watching my transactions online.i just want to get rid of whatever i did beacuse
my computer has been acting up ever since.

Bittorent can be removed from Add or Remove programs. If it doesn't appear it's already been removed, or was never installed.

A mirror is simply an alternative download site, or a mirror image of the original. When one site can't handle all the requests or bandwidth requirements, others may setup these mirror sites. Nothing is installed on your computer, and it shouldn't be anything to be concerned about. <_<
