Hi guys - First time poster, long time reader

I let my friends use my computer while I was away and when i came back I have over 600 virus's on my pc!!! I don't know what they downloaded to get them but I have taken care of all of them except on pesky little one.

I have already tried using Ewido, DSRFIX, CleanUp,and NailFix in safe mode. How harmful is this virus anyway? If I can't get rid of it soon I'm just going to wipe the harddrive and do a fresh install. Thanks.
