I have perfomed all of the suggestions (CleanUp, Ad-aware SE, CWShredder, Spybot S&D, Ewido, TrojanHunter, and Windows Update) and am still having Winfixer ads pop-up and then my Internet Explorer window freezes and so I have to close it. Here is my HijackThis log:
