I have the w32/alemod.e.dll virus [CLOSED]

how do I remove wininet.dll as it has the w32/alemod.e.dll virus...

Please can you help me, i am running windows 2000, with mcafee and frr AVG on the computer. I have the w32/alemod.e.dll found in wininet.dll and I cant delete it.. Its causing me problems as I cant go on th internet as it keeps restarting my internet explorer.. Please help its very urgent !!! I dont know what to do.....
