Helps alot! Just a few pop-ups.

It blocks 127.0.0.1 addresses, but it also blocks wanted content, and slows it up. Anyway to manage the hosts file?

You can add and remove line as if it were a text file.
If you know what gets blocked you should be able to find the line that does the blocking and remove it.

A few programs to make it easier to manage the hosts file are mentioned near the bottom of the site I linked to.
