Trojan help me please

i have the cachecache trojan and norton keeps coming up saying it deleted it buit then the winbdow just comes up again inbetween losing it and it coming up again a window pops up that sais d1rectx.exe has encoutered a problem andneeds to close and it askes me if i want to send an error report i ran a full system scan on norton and came up with nothing please i need your help this thing is frusterating me out of my mind
