We are using proxy server working on ISDN connection with 30 clients connected in the LAN. Our purpose is to use internet connection. Is it possible to make phone calls from individual PCs. What are the hardware and software requirements? Can anybody help?

hey srisailam, Welcome to G2G

what you are proposing is possible. You would need a BRI voice interface for your router (Cisco has several models), you would also need a VOIP capable router, again Cisco or Lucent are the prefered vendors.

As far as configuration goes, that is beyond the scope of this forum. Please contact Cisco for a CCIE or CCNP staffed solution provider.
