Xoftspy found a bug

ok, recently i ran Xoftspy and found over 2200 viruses of various swords, being a cheapskate and student with waay to much time on my hands i have deleted them all. except for one. and i have no clue how to delete this one. this is screenshot of what i get. (the rest are just cookies, im currently getting rid of them so dont worry) you see, while i can get to 'auoptions', i cant get to 'auoptions/1:@:1'
