Programming new firewall. What are Support.com Scheduler, PML.Driver, and IEEE-1284.4-1999? Do I grant access or not?

We apologize for the delay in response. The forums have been very busy lately.

First of all, which firewall are you using?

Support.com Scheduler is used for online support from large businesses like Sony.

PML.Driver is usually used on computers that have a Hewlett-Packard printer.

I'm not sure what the last one is.

It would really help if I knew the name of the firewall.
