Stupid Viruses [RESOLVED]

My friend's computer one day became really slow. Internet Explorer doesn't work, and i had to send him CWShredder, Ad-Aware, and Spybot. I also sent him HJT in case. He couldn't open CWShredder, Ad-Aware, and Spybot because "This application has failed to start because wininet.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

He also previously scanned and it found 3 viruses, each with backup copies. So he can't get rid of them. So I asked him for his HJT Log. Here it is.
